What “100% Guaranteed” Means
If you follow the guidelines below and a seed fails to germinate, we will replace the non-germinated seed(s)—no hassle. This guarantee is designed to protect growers from rare non-viable seeds while keeping the process fair and consistent for everyone.
Eligibility (Please Read)
To qualify for the Germination Guarantee:
- You must have purchased the seeds directly from QCS Seeds USA (not a third-party seller).
- You must submit your claim within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Seeds must be germinated using one of the approved methods listed below.
- You must provide the order number and the strain name.
- We may request clear photos to validate the attempt (details below).
Approved Germination Method (Recommended)
Use the method below for the highest success rate:
- Soak seeds in a glass of clean water for 12–18 hours (room temperature).
- Transfer seeds to a slightly moist paper towel (not dripping wet).
- Place the towel in a clean container or zip bag and keep it in a warm, dark area (about 72–79°F / 22–26°C).
- Check every 12–24 hours to ensure the towel stays lightly moist.
- Most seeds germinate within 1–7 days. If a seed has not sprouted after 7 days, it may be considered a failed germination.
What We Need From You (Claim Requirements)
To process a guarantee claim, email our support team with:
- Order number
- Strain name and quantity attempted
- Germination method used and the date you started
- Photos (recommended): the seeds in the germination setup after day 7, plus any packaging/label if available
Replacement Terms
- Approved claims receive replacement seeds (same strain when available).
- If the original strain is out of stock, we will offer a replacement of equal value.
- The guarantee covers the seed(s) only. Shipping fees may apply for reshipments unless otherwise stated.
- For fairness, the Germination Guarantee may be limited to one replacement per strain per order.
What Isn’t Covered
This guarantee does not cover issues caused by:
- Improper storage (excess heat, humidity, or direct light)
- Overwatering, waterlogged paper towels/media, or using contaminated water
- Extreme temperatures (too cold or too hot)
- Planting too deep, poor media conditions, or heavy nutrients added at sprout stage
- Damage from handling (crushing seeds, removing shells forcefully, etc.)
