We want you to feel confident ordering from QCS Seeds USA. Please read the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days (3 months) of the delivery date. We do not accept returns on seeds or other products after this 3-month period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Requested within 90 days of delivery
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Any items (including seeds) requested for return after 90 days
- Opened packages
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Wrong Item / Missing Item
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can assist you quickly.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our support team and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (recommended for damaged/wrong item claims)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, missing item, or verified shipping damage).
